Home from my second workout today. Had Eva's walnut/apple/lettuce/feta cheese/tomato salad with chicken and no dressing. Dessert a hot cup of chocolate, yum!
Vitamins daily: Omega 3 for heart health, Milk thistle for liver heath, Garlic, vitamin D,C and B complex and ginger. Then I take a immunity support vitamin that is suppose to help protect your immunity system.
I do love vitamins, eating healthy, working out and treating my body good, what are you doing to keep your health up?
