started my day as usual with woring out. took a spinning class at 7.30am. i just love working out first thing in the morning. it gets you going and you will feel in a great mood during the rest of the day. now its time for work. two days of screaming people and then im off again . yeah.

I've done the working out in the morning and it is so much better! I feel energized throughout the whole day! But I lack discipline to actually do it every day so I go in the evening, but I am thinking about starting in the morning as I don't have to go to work until 12 pm most of the days!
