So we already have someone interested in our house and want to move in in 2 weeks. Unfortunalety we are not going to be able to be ready to be out of the house by that date, toooo much to do. Especially since im by myself to do everything.
I have to go to LA to look at places so we have somewhere to move in to, pack everything, pick up uhaul, cancel everything, clean the whole house and retouch paint for the new tenant, fix the car that's gonna be towed behind uhaul etc etc. We said that if they can wait until Aug 1st we can do it, then I have a little more time to prep for the move. We have already started, but its sooo much to do when you move from a house.
They sounded like great tenants tho. They closing on there $520 000 house on the 24th, that's why they want to move that date. They have no kids, just 2 dogs like are like there kids. Just like us. So they would be good, but its all a timing thing and if it doesn't work it doesn't. Who would of known that the first people that looked at the house would be interested. So keep reading my blogg so you will see what happens next.
Stress stress stress, that's how I feel now.
