So my day has not gone as planned, as usual. That's my life nowadays, my plans always changes. I had to cancel my facial appointment because we had another showing and I need to have the dogs out of the house if I'm not here. The people wanted to come and look at the same time as my appointment. So instead i ended up cleaning the whole house and cut the front yard. It took me like 3-4 hrs, then it was 2 o'clock, exactly at 2pm they came. They were suppose to come at 2.30-3.30. Oh well it doesn't matter if I'm home, just better if we are all out of the house when people come.
Another thing, we have only had 2 showings up til today, 3 with these people, but the 2 showings we have had both wanted our house. Unbelievable, but I know our house is the BEST so why wouldn't they wanna have it. Unfortunately we cant be out by the house until Oct so we cant do it, we have to wait and just hope someone wants it in Oct.
Anyway, so to speak this is my life nowadays. I can never plan anything because it always changes. I'm a person who likes to plan everything and then stick to it, so this is a very big adjustment for me to deal with. But I'm dealing with it and its going very well.
