OMG this boxing class I took this morning was amazing, soooo good. I was drenched in sweat afterwords and I could barley walk home. The only day I don't take the car and walk instead I end up taking a class that is so hard so I'm like a weak cooked spaghetti after. LOL! I made it home though and now I'm going to buy me some boxing glows, I defiantly going to continue taking that class. I'm sure I burned like 600-800 calories from that hour of boxing, and guess how good I feel now, SUPER, is all I can say.
Then I made me a whole grain sandwich with ham, low fat mozzarella cheese, salad & tomatoes. YUM!
Tip: Remember to eat a mixed diet with protein, whole grains, fruit and vegetables within 30 minutes after your workout to build muscles and refuel your body. Drink at least 2 bottles of water after and one to two bottles during depending on how hard you work out.
Now its time for the dog park for an hour or two.
