The tip of today is back

So I want to give a little tip for all of you that are watching your cholesterol and blood pressure. Eat oatmeal (havregrynsgrot) with cinnamon, blueberries and strawberries every morning. It is suppose to help lower cholesterol and the blood pressure. The oat helps with the cholesterol and the cinnamon with the blood pressure and the berries is the beast antioxidants there is. I cant stress that enough, eat berries any berri is good for you, but blueberries and strawberries are the best. I eat it everyday!
