Eating a fabulous dinner with myself.
Dinner: Kidney beans, broccoli, cauliflower, carrots, red sauce with wheat pasta.
I mixed it all together so its like spaghetti with meat sauce but 10 times healthier and it is super good. You get all the important ingredients that you need. Protein from the kidney beans, (also good for the liver) all your vegetable needs ( because you need a lot of it in a big pot) and good carbs from the whole wheat pasta.
With that I'm drinking green tea which is one of the best teas that you should drink every day. Its good for the metabolism and your cholesterol, lots of antioxidants and help prevent for certain cancers. Drink at least one cup everyday, preferably more!
For dessert you can eat one cup of strawberry/blueberry mix with one cup cottage cheese. Then you get your milk/calcium products and fruits too.
