Strenght Endurance Training


GYYYYMMMMM!!!!! TRANA!!!!!!!!! WORKING OUT!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

I'm on the way to the gym, I'm gonna do my favorite class "Strenght Endurance Training", with my favorite instructor Gina. She is also one of the Personal trainers at 24 hr Fitness, and her classes are sooo great and really hard, and I love it. Strength Endurance Training is a mixture of weight training and spurts of endurance exercises. Its a total body workout and you focus on all the major muscle groups, (Legs, Chest, Back, Biceps, Triceps, Shoulders and Abs) and in between the weight lifting you do 3 minutes of really hard cardio spurts.

So let me explain more in detail: 3 min of squats (legs), 3 min of endurance, 3 min of chest, 3 min endurance, 3 min of back, 3 min endurance, 3 min lunges(legs), 3 min endurance, 3 min biceps, 3 min endurance, 3 min triceps, 3 min endurance and then ABS at the end. Of course we do warm up and cool down for a couple of minutes too, and shoulders are usually mixed in to the endurance spurts.
You are drained in sweat after, and you will fell awesome when its done. :-)
This is an great way of building lean muscles and burn a lot of fat, so try it!
