Morning workouts

Its 6.35 am, im on the way to the gym. first to train my client, then my upper body will get the workout today.

Its no excuse not to exersise, so if you dont have time to go during the day or you are to tired to go after work. Get your butts out of bed early :-)
If you put your workout clothes right next to the bed, shoes and all, and the first thing you do in the morning is just to get upp, put on your workout clothes, and then just go. You are more likely to go to the gym than if you wait til later on.
Just a little advise that I have noticed works for a lot of people incl me. I go in the morning everyday and it really works. So get up early, its the nicest part of the day anyway. Its quiet and relaxing.

Oki thats my tip for now. Now I gotta run, so my client dont have to wait.
