So the day started as usual at the gym. Then our insurance company came to our house to check out our roof. We had a hail storm last year (and when I mean hail storm I mean grapefruit size hail, BIG hail) and a lot of people in our area had to change there roofs. We have not had any problems, but its better to be on the safe side. He said we had very little damage so we don't have to be worry. We gonna have some roof contractors to come over anyway, because of course the insurance company will say that we dont have any damage. They don't want to pay for it, in other words.
After that I decided to go to the pool because its hot, of course what else is new. It was great, I got burned and I went for a swim in the lap pool too. Only 10 laps, but better than nothing :-)
On Wednesdays my favorite Farmers Market SPROUTS have items on sale from last weeks sale and the coming weeks sale, so Wednesdays is the day to go there, which I did. Ended up with Raspberry's, Greek yogurt, fresh mixed nuts and cherries. YUM!
Then it was time for the car, I went to the Chrysler place and had a tune up, (oil change and tire rotation). So now my car is happy too. On Friday it will get a bath too :-)
So my tip of the day is: Vary your training every couple of weeks with different sorts of exercises, like swimming and weight training for a few weeks and then switch to spinning, running and weight training for another couple of weeks. Then you can of course ad in more exercises like kickboxing and circuit training at any time. Your body will get confused and burn more fat and build muscles faster.
